Age Verification

In order to purchase products from this site, customers must undergo an Age Verification Check whereby they must meet the requirements of being aged 18 years or older.

Orders will not be processed until the Age Verification process is completed. Should the Age Verification fail for any reason, submitted orders will be cancelled and any applicable payments that have been made will be refunded to the customer.

Once new customers have created and activated a Customer Account with Gr8vapes.co.uk, they are required to provide a recent unedited photograph of a valid form of Identification in order to verify their account.

The Customer Account is then Age Verified for all future orders/purchases.

Valid Forms of Identification (Proof of Age):

  • Passport AND Utility Bill (Proof of Address)
  • A Photo Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
  • A proof of age card such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme

How to Submit Proof of Age:

  • Attach to an email and send to info@gr8vapes.co.uk.

Please DO NOT send any sensitive information/credentials by post. We do not handle any form of personal information by hand and cannot guarantee the safe delivery or return.

All customer account details such as; Billing (Shipping respectively), Name and Address must match the details on the Customers' Proof of Age documentation/ID.

Gr8vapes.co.uk will only process the customers' respective order when ALL of the following conditions are met;

  1. The customer has legally created a Customer Account by not falsifying details and ensuring that details match their Identification Documents (e.g. Passport, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate, etc.)
  2. The customer has provided Proof of Age which lead to their account being verified.
  3. The customer has submitted their total order payment via Bank Transfer detailing their Order Number as the payment reference.
