How to Pay
Bank Transfer Only
We do not accept online credit/debit card payments at this time. Customers will need to send respective order payments via Bank Transfer after completing Checkout.
STEP 1 - CHECKOUT
Once you have completed checkout, you will receive an email from info@gr8vapes.co.uk with our banking details in order for you to transfer your order payment.
STEP 2 - TRANSFER PAYMENT
Transfer your order payment total to the banking details provided quoting your Order Number as the payment reference.
Note:
(1) you will only need to set up our bank account details once - future order transfers will then only require the Order Number updating when submitting payments.
(2) when setting up our payment details - our account is to be added as a personal account and NOT a business.
STEP 3 - RECEIVE ORDER DESPATCH CONFIRMATION
After transferring your order payment, your order will then be processed. You will receive a despatch confirmation email containing your order details and respective delivery information once it’s ready to be sent.
To avoid any delays in receiving your order, we advise customers to submit their payment as soon as possible when completing checkout.
