Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

Please note that all delivery estimates are not guaranteed and that we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. 

Our main service provider is Evri, this allows us to offer a tracked delivery service 7 days a week.

Order tracking details can be found in the confirmation email provided when orders are despatched.

Depending on order volumes, we may utilise other delivery providers not limited to; Yodel, DHL, Royal Mail and DPD.

UK Mainland
We offer a flat rate delivery fee of £3.00 for 3-5 day delivery on orders £28.99 or less. Delivery is Free on orders £29.00 or more.

*Other locations including but not limited to, Scottish Highlands and British Isles may require additional fees.

Should the respective delivery location be, as mentioned above, not UK Mainland, and unless otherwise agreed, the customer is liable to cover any additional delivery fees at cost prior despatch of their respective order.

DESPATCH

We aim to get orders despatched within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. However, due to high demand periods, this may be extended to 3 business days.

For the best chance of receiving orders within the estimated time frames, orders should be submitted and paid for before 12pm the same day.

Orders are processed weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays are generally processed the following Monday or respective business day.

Orders received after 12pm are generally processed the following business day.

Please note - we work by a "first come, first served" basis. Therefore, from time to time some items may be out of stock at the time of your order being processed. Should this be the case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item to be added to your order, or upon request, arrange a refund of the respective item or total order.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY (PM)

We are able to offer a local delivery service which is usually no less than 3 business days. Please note that this service is only available for late afternoon/evening deliveries between the hours of 6pm-9pm and has a Minimum Order of £30.

Local delivery is subject to availability and is currently only available within a 10 mile radius of NR33 9LZ. (Should the delivery address be just outside of our local delivery area, please contact us to discuss what options we can offer).

Orders taken on a Friday or during the Weekend will be despatched and out for delivery the following working week, in most cases despatched by the following Tuesday.
